If you need help finding your size or have any questions about your order, please contact us, we will provide personalized advice. Our policy does not include exchanges or returns except for exceptions. We remind our customers that our products are considered intimate apparel. The company has high-quality standards that allow it to accept or reject items that do not comply with the policies for exchange due to hygiene or care conditions.
If upon receiving your product you find any manufacturing defect, size error, or other issue, you must contact us within 24 hours. The garment must have the original tags and packaging. Without exception, if this is not met, you will not be able to make an exchange.
The garment must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you (without cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The garment must be new and must not have been used.
The cost of returning the order and the new shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. In the event of an exchange for a garment of the same size or if you wish to exchange it for another reference, the new item must be the same price or a higher price. No money refunds or credits will be made.
We do not refund money; however, a store credit will be issued if applicable.
